By placing an order and paying the 50% deposit, it’s understood that you’ve accepted these terms and conditions in full.

 Terms & Conditions

  • All allergies and food intolerances must be disclosed at the time of ordering.

    Please note that I do not currently cater for gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan dietary requirements.

    Twiggy – The Cupcake Florist holds no responsibility for any food allergies or intolerances not declared at the time of ordering.

    All cakes contain allergens, which may include (but are not limited to):
    Cereals containing gluten (wheat), eggs, milk, soya, sulphur dioxide (sulphites), peanuts and tree nuts.

    Allergy and intolerance information will be discussed at the time of your order. Printed allergen information will be provided with your order upon collection or delivery.

    All items are made in my home kitchen, which holds a 5-star food hygiene rating from Newport City Council. However, all listed allergens are used frequently in my kitchen.

    Artificial food colourings containing E numbers are present in all items.
    These may include:
    E110, E129, E104, E122, E102, E124
    Some of these may affect activity and attention in children.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to pass allergen information to the end recipient(s).

    All customers will be asked to sign a collection form before leaving with their order.

  • All prices are non-negotiable and based on the design, intricacy and size of the order.
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 48 hours before collection or delivery.
    Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Collection is available at a mutually agreed time, confirmed at the point of ordering.
    I offer collection and local delivery within the Caerleon and Newport area.

    If an order cannot be collected due to illness or exceptional circumstances, a refund may be offered at my discretion.

  • In the unlikely event that I (or a member of my household) am unwell and unable to complete your order, your payment will be refunded in full.

  • Once your order is confirmed, changes can only be made at my discretion and on an individual basis.
    I reserve the right to refuse changes once the order has been finalised.

  • Due to the perishable nature of my products, I recommend they be consumed within 3 days of collection or delivery.

    Items filled with jam or curd should be refrigerated after 2 days.
    Unfilled cupcakes can be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

    No refunds are available for perishable items once delivered or collected.

  • I take great pride in my work and always aim to ensure every order is of the highest standard.

    As everything is handmade in buttercream, colours and arrangements may vary slightly.

    Final design decisions rest with Twiggy – The Cupcake Florist.
    If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact me within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

    Refunds or replacements can only be issued upon the return of the original product within 24 hours.
